We operate as a short-term rental service. You can pay the rent on our website, and a lease agreement must be signed upon move-in. Please note that because this is a private rental and not a hotel, utility and management fees are charged separately
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required to cover potential damages or unpaid utility bills.
The building will send you a management fee bill that covers utilities such as water, electricity, and heating. You’ll only pay for what you actually use during your stay — this helps us keep your room rate as low as possible. Utility costs are usually around 40,000–60,000 KRW per week, but this can vary based on your usage. Please note that the building accepts cash only for this payment.
No. As this is a private residence, tenants are responsible for cleaning and trash disposal during their stay. We provide all the necessary cleaning tools.
Sorry, pets are not allowed to maintain a quiet and clean environment for all residents
Yes. If you submit your vehicle registration or proof of insurance to the management office, you can park one car for free in the underground parking lot.
Move-in is from 3:00 PM, and move-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
